Planning and running a safe and profitable balloon festival takes more than hard work and a vision. You must have experience, discipline and inside knowledge of the ballooning community.

	Experience, as always, is the reason you hire an outside consultant for your project. We have been on both sides of the Management / Pilot equation dozens of times at rallies and festivals throughout the Northeast USA
	The discipline to make safe decisions regarding operations, safety and weather can make or break months of preparation.
	Inside knowledge of FAA regulations, insurance issues and the type of pilot to invite to your festival are essential to your success.

Our fees structure is a blend of flat initial fee, ride booking commission and performance based fees. We believe in creating win/win situations and are not happy until you are happy.

It takes months to put on a successful festival so be sure to allow yourself enough time to do it right. We look forward to hearing from you.
