because of the weather, insurance and ongoing fabric replacement costs.
We fly because we love it. We are
doing our very best to hold the line on price increases.

Balloon flight windows are perishable.
Throughout the year there are many good weather, weekday flight opportunities
that are lost forever because most of our passengers choose to fly on
weekends. If you can arrange time off during the week to fly, choose
the Super Saver fare and you will be rewarded. |

Many times on weekend days, for various
reasons, we are not booked or not fully booked. If you are willing to
go on our standby "weekend" or "next available date"
call list, you will also save money by purchasing the Super Saver
fare. (You are not obligated to fly when we call, you may say " yes, I'll fly"
or "pass".) The choice is yours.

Balloons fly in the morning hours. Afternoon flights
are a bonus that we occasionally take advantage of. We
try to launch early and fly in the 2 hours that follow sunrise. That is
when the winds are calmest and safest. Afternoon flights can be
limited
in this area because winds may not calm down in time to get a flight
in before sunset. Because afternoon flights must, on average be
re-booked so many times there is a $10.00 surcharge on afternoon flight

we will forward the savings in phone and office processing costs to
you in the form of a multiple ticket purchase discount.

| Each balloon is insured for up to six
passengers, but our total lifting capacity for each flight will depend upon
the total weight of our passengers on the day of the flight. Call for
price and availability on larger groups and multiple balloons. 1-860-584-1300. |
These "Boarding Passes" arrive in a presentation
jacket with a letter describing the ride and a couple of our picture cards and
are great for gift giving. Passes go out to you by first class mail the day
we receive your order. They must be paid in full and are
non-refundable. They are however, transferable. Each Pass has a date
of flight printed on it for no more than two years
from the date of issuance. Passes not used by or before flight date will
expire. (Flight date may be extended at additional charge). Passes can be accelerated
or used on any date before your flight date, year -
round on a space available basis at no additional charge, simply by calling
860-584-1300.

deluxe charter flight for one or two people who wish to insure that they fly
alone.
