Rescheduling and cancellations should be made at least a few
days in advance of your scheduled flight but please call us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to
availability. The "Boarding Passes", while
easily transferable, are
not refundable and have no cash value. Please keep in mind that good flying days are limited and
perishable and it costs money to muster crew, load up and
drive out to the launch site.
Please call the day before your flight to reconfirm with us.
If there is an illness or other emergency it is your responsibility to contact us
at least 24 hours prior to flight time.
"No
shows" may be charged a fee of up to $100.00 per
